Bruno Mareka (Managing Director) is responsible for the company’s contract management and oversees the company’s operations. Bruno has over 23 years of civil construction experience in concrete works, road works, waste management, surfacing – both in Namibia and South Africa. His Civil Engineering career commenced in 1993 with a Consulting Structural and Civil Engineers company in Durban, South Africa. In Namibia, he has been employed in various capacities including as a Regional Engineer at Roads Contractor Company, and managing a roads maintenance budget of about N$60 million per annum and assets worth over N$100 million. Bruno holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Civil Engineering (Polytechnic of Namibia - now known as Namibia University of Science and Technology – NUST), BSc Honours Degree – Innovation and Technology Management (University of Pretoria) and a Honours Degree in Technology Management (University of Pretoria).

Lungi Mareka (Director) is responsible for Human Resources and Finance. She started her career in Human Resources in 1997. Over the years, Lungi has worked in all areas of HR including HR Manager, Training & Recruitment Consultant. She holds a BCom Honours Degree – Industrial Psychology (University of South Africa) and is an accredited Training Facilitator and Assessor by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). With more than 10 years in the business, Lungi adds valuable experience and expertise.
